P R O Z Guide "If The Webclient Doesn't Work"

If your webclient isn't functioning properly, please follow the steps below.

1) Go into your computer file, commonly known as C:\

2) Locate ".vP_cache_v4.zip", This is the cache the client downloads to function.

3) Delete that file.

4) Re-run your client.

5) Make sure it downloads and unpacks the class files until it's 100%, do not navigate away from the page.


Still Not Fixed.


1) Go to www.java.com

2) Click on 'Free Java Download'.

3) A page will pop up that displays what the website recommends for your computer.

4) Click 'Agree and Start Free Download'.

5) Install the program.


Still not fixed?

1) Go to: https://cds.sun.com/is-bin/INTERSHOP.enfinity/WFS/CDS-CDS_Developer-Site/en_US/-/USD/ViewProductDetail-Start?ProductRef=jdk-6u23-oth-JPR@CDS-CDS_Developer

2) You will see 'platform' with a selection option.

3) Select your Operating System.

4) Download the file.

5) Install the file.

6) Restart your computer, and make an attempt to run your client.


Still not working?
1) Go to www.teamviewer.com

2) Click on 'Start Full Version It's Free!".

3) Install the program.

4) Get your ID and PASSWORD from the program.
